Child Safety Standards

1.Zero tolerance

Bizobell, operated by Digital Nexus Media Pvt. Ltd., has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies to every part of Bizobell: posts, reels, stories, offers, comments, reviews, business pages, profiles and messages.

Bizobell is a platform for adults to discover and contact local businesses. Users must be at least 18 years old, or use Bizobell with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian (see our Terms & Conditions).

2.What is prohibited

• Any content that sexualises minors, including images, videos, drawings, AI-generated or edited media, text and links.
• Grooming: contacting, befriending or manipulating a minor for sexual purposes, or asking a minor for sexual images or meetings.
• Sextortion, trafficking, or offering, requesting or advertising any sexual service involving a minor.
• Sharing, requesting or linking to CSAM anywhere, including in private enquiries and chats.
• Content that encourages, promotes or normalises the abuse or exploitation of children.

3.How to report

1. In the app, tap ⋯ → Report on the post, reel, comment, review or business page, and choose “Child safety — abuse or exploitation of a minor”.
2. Or email support@bizobell.com with a link to the content or profile. You do not need an account to report.

Please do not download, screenshot or share abusive material — just report where it is. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police (dial 112 in India) first.

4.How we respond

• Child-safety reports are marked urgent and placed at the top of our moderation queue; our team is alerted immediately.
• Content that breaks this policy is removed, and the accounts and business pages responsible are suspended and banned from Bizobell.
• We preserve relevant information as required by law and report CSAM and child exploitation to the appropriate authorities — in India through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and to law enforcement, in line with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 — and to other national or regional authorities where required.
• We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through proper legal process.

5.Prevention

• Every post, reel, comment, review, business page and profile can be reported, and any person or page can be blocked.
• Abusive language is filtered automatically when people post or send messages.
• Business pages can be verified, and our team can put any page on hold or suspend any account.
