1.About these terms

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Digital Nexus Media Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”), which operates Bizobell — a social platform where people discover local businesses, follow them, see their posts, reels and offers, grab coupons and send enquiries.

By creating an account or using Bizobell you accept these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Bizobell.

2.Who can use Bizobell

You must be at least 18 years old, or use Bizobell with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

If you register a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.

3.Your account

• You can sign up with email and password, Google, or your mobile number with a one-time code sent on WhatsApp.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may not operate accounts for someone else without permission.
• Keep your password and one-time codes private. Never share a login code — we will never ask you for it. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@bizobell.com if you think your account has been misused.

4.Your content

You own what you post — photos, videos, captions, reviews, comments, offers and catalogue items (“content”). You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, resize, reformat and share that content to run and promote Bizobell (for example in feeds, search, share previews and on the business's page). This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared by others or kept in backups for a limited time.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including permission from people who appear in it.

5.Community rules

Don't use Bizobell to post or do anything that:

• is false, misleading or deceptive — including fake offers, fake reviews or impersonation;
• is illegal, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or harmful to children;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• is spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misuse of customer contact details;
• contains malware, or tries to hack, scrape, overload or bypass the security of Bizobell;
• promotes products or services that are illegal in India.

Zero tolerance. Bizobell has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, harassing or fraudulent is removed, and the account that posted it may be suspended or permanently banned without notice. Offensive language is blocked automatically when you post.

Report and block. Every post, reel, comment, review and business page has a ⋯ Report option, and you can block any person or page so you no longer see their content and they can't contact you. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours and removes content and ejects users who break these rules. You can also email support@bizobell.com. See Help & safety.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, and we act on valid complaints and lawful orders as required by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

6.Offers, coupons and deals

• Offers are created by businesses. The business — not Digital Nexus Media Pvt. Ltd. — is responsible for the offer, its terms, the quality of its products or services, and honouring valid coupons until the offer ends.
• A coupon is tied to your account, usually one per person per offer, and is valid only until the offer's end time. Show the code or QR at the business to redeem it.
• Businesses can end an offer early; previously shared posts, reels and statuses then stop showing it as active. Coupons already grabbed remain subject to the business's terms.
• Unless clearly stated, coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

7.Enquiries, messages and reviews

When you send an enquiry, your name, phone number, email (if given) and message are shared with that business so it can reply. Keep conversations respectful. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience; businesses may not offer rewards in exchange for positive reviews.

8.Our name and platform

The Bizobell name, logo, design and software belong to Digital Nexus Media Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy, modify or reuse them, except to share links to content on Bizobell.

9.Third-party services and links

Bizobell uses services such as WhatsApp (for login codes), Google sign-in and map / location services. Their own terms apply to your use of them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

10.Disclaimers

Bizobell is provided “as is” and “as available”. Business listings, offers, prices, opening hours and other content come from businesses and users; we don't guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current. We are not a party to any purchase or arrangement between you and a business.

11.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Digital Nexus Media Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from the acts or omissions of businesses or other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to Bizobell is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12.Indemnity

You agree to compensate Digital Nexus Media Pvt. Ltd. for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

13.Suspension and termination

You can stop using Bizobell at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put other users at risk, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Bizobell grows. We'll change the “last updated” date and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Bizobell after that means you accept the updated terms.

15.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Otherwise, the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
